Psychotherapist, Mentor, Coach, Consultant but emphasis on Human going through Life. Just. Like. everyone else.

Along my path, I have gathered many tools along the way that I have used to support and lead myself and many others to success in their life goals. 

Since 2012,  I have been assisting children, adolescents, individuals, and families in achieving their goals. I have an eclectic background of exposure, study, and practice. I hold a professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in the state of Texas since 2017.

I have an eclectic range of experience and certifications. These trainings allow me to utilize a more holistic approach with broader psychoeducation to mental wellness by exploring lifestyle changes and alternatives to assist you in improving your mental health, such as movement, meditation, aromatherapy, psychotherapy, psychoeducation; emotional intelligence, and more. 

In 2020 I ventured outside of the restrictions of my professional license to serve more individuals and organizations with a more direct and hands-on approach as an entrepreneur with a continuing goal of creating courses, workshops and alternative mental health practices through my company Gardenia Thorn, LLC while still providing Supervision to future LPCAs through her PLLC Gardenia Thorn Therapeutic Alternatives. Many of these services/products are available as add ons to professional counseling session. Ask me about them!!

As a native of the great state of Texas and a mother of 3 beautiful children I am also a proud first-time professionally licensed college graduate within my immediate family.  

In my past time you can find me indulging in self-care at the beach, going to the movies, and spending time with family. 

I am also an animal lover we share our home with 1 dog, 4 chickens, and 1 cat.
